T.C.S. employees always have an opportunity to advance. Within our company we have multiple jobs and responsibilities with a range of pay rates. Flaggers can progress from an entry level position onto more responsibility and higher pay doing jobsite set ups, maintenance and take downs. Past this the right candidate can move on to become a T.C.S. (Traffic Control Supervisor) position that comes with more responsibility and higher compensation.
